Treatment Booking Information and Terms 

When booking individual treatments online, please review the following information and terms: 

Treatment Options: Our online booking system offers a variety of individual treatment options for  your convenience.  

Package Purchase: Clients have the option to purchase treatment packages at discounted rates for  future use. These packages are available for online purchase and can be utilized for subsequent  appointments.  

Cancellation Policy: We require a minimum of 48 hours advance notice for any cancellation of a  booked treatment. Failure to provide timely notice may result in forfeiture of the deposit paid in  advance for the scheduled service.  

Refunds: Refunds for cancellations made with at least 48 hours notice will not be provided for the  deposit paid in advance. However, clients may opt to reschedule their appointment or apply the  deposit towards the purchase of a treatment package.  

Treatment Modifications: If you wish to modify or change your booked treatment, please notify us  at least 48 hours in advance to accommodate your request.  

Additional Services: Clients may choose to add additional services to their booked treatment at any time, subject to availability. These additional services will be charged at their respective rates. 

Service Duration: Please ensure you are aware of the duration of your booked treatment and plan  your schedule accordingly to avoid any inconvenience.  

Loss or The Disclaimer: We are not liable for any lost or stolen property during your visit to our  facility.
